Story Behind The Song

Fiona McFall, who is 38 and has lived with Cancer for the past three and a half years, is very active in promoting Tak Tent a cancer charity support group The song A Friend Like You was originally written by Glyn Morrall simply to express the feelings of her friends, and offer encouragement to Fiona. However the universal message in the song seemed to touch many of those hearing it, in unexpected ways. So many requests for copies of the song were being received, often with friends in mind that a studio production has been made available, which can now be purchased in CD form, or as a download. Part of the proceeds from downloads and CD sales shall be donated to Tak Tent
