It builds towards the end as well especially when the drums kick in.
Story Behind the SongThis song was written to a friend of mine I once had who was too busy being jealous of her to realize how much I loved her.
I thought we were a team, I looked out for her, had her back to the best of my ability and she was just blinded by envy. She was upset because I got more attention from guys and she was also a musician and very competitive.
I felt hurt, but like I mention in the beginning it was my fault for being so blind. I really did just see what I wanted to see with this one. Oops.
