Story Behind The Song
I wanted to write a song about a woman I was dating a long time ago. A band I was with, performed this live many times. Later, I transposed the meaning into a song about addiction recovery.
Song Description
A bouncy light rock/pop song with some surf tune themes. It could just as well be a song about loneliness, in the sense of feeling alone in a room full of people. Or the strange feeling of not knowing the person you spend your life with.
