Lyrics

Wouldn't it be neat
If all we had to eat
From now on evermore
Was CHOCOLATE?
Chocolate for breakfast
Chocolate for lunch
Chocolate for dinner
Chocolate to munch

We wouldn't eat beets
We wouldn't eat meats
Not even a roast
And no more toast
No more carrots or peas
No more afternoon teas
No more spinach or rice
Wouldn't that be nice?

Hunters wouldn't hunt
Butchers wouldn't butcher
Bakers wouldn't bake
Except for chocolate cake.
There's be
Chocolate for breakfast
Chocolate for lunch
Chocolate for dinner
Chocolate to munch

But what about Pizza
What about pies
What about pasta
And what about fries
And pancakes and bacon
And muffins with jam on
I'd really miss these
And also grilled cheese

Chocolate is neat
But it will never beat
The food we like to eat
It's a complete defeat
For Chocolate for breakfast
Chocolate for lunch
Chocolate for dinner
Chocolate to munch

Ok, that does it. I'm going to go out and get a big bag of M&M's and listen to this thing the RIGHT way! As a daily participant in chocolate, you can understand my love for this song. Done so fun. Sung and played so fine. I gotta go.. must get chocolate! Really great stuff (I mean the song).

This would be a cool advertising song for The Chocolate Factory :)
The instrumental solo is really beautiful! The whole song has a nice swing to it. Very jazzy; totally unexpected for a "children's song"! I loved the part where the different persons/voices came in. It actually speaks to all people (I guess especially women) who love chocolate. Try to sell it to a chocolate company; maybe they can play a short version of it on TV ads! Also, it might be cool to have children sing it.

I've always wanted to write a song on Chocolate. You beat me to it. Love the jazzy bouncy feel of this song. From start to finish, GREAT JOB! You made me smile! Your rhymes were cute. This song is crossover....not just a kids song! I know adults will like it, too. I wish you every success with this GREAT song. It belongs on the top ten and I hope my review helps it get there.

Thought it was cool, ...a little sophisticated for kids.
