Sounds like some Johnny Cash & Black Keys influences. The guitar solo at the end finishes it nicely. Overall, I like the simplicity of the song, but I had to listen to it twice to really hear the vocals. I like the grittiness of the vocals though. They sound really bluesy, like the artist really feels the song.

Lyrics

Just Looking At You

Life is full of ups and downs

Sorry saints and viscous clowns

They steal away all of your time

Brazen back to the scene of the crime

Brag about what all they stole

and say a prayer for your wretched soul

They took the world while we were alseep

no sacrifice for us is too steep

Everything they do is just gods will

They must feel closer there up on the hill

Here's what I see, from my point of view

Life's all good, just looking at you.

Here's what I see, from my point of view

Life's all good, just looking at you.

They took the world while we were alseep

no sacrifice for us is too steep

Everything they do is just gods will

They must feel closer there up on the hill

Here's what I see, from my point of view

Life's all good, just looking at you.

Here's what I see, from my point of view

Life's all good, just looking at you.
