Do you believe in God? Well if you do, than by default, you also believe in the devil. There was a time in my life when I walked amidst the shadows of evil forces where manifestations of spiritual wickedness had become far too real to ignore. This song is about those shadows? the ones man will continue to drift through until the end of days.

Song Description

With an intro reminiscent of the theme from The X-Files, this modern-rock thriller about shadows and darkness draws from the styles of Evanescence and ?N Sync. The song begins building emotional tension immediately and sustains it through the fast-paced chorus. The intensity, released in the verses and recaptured in the hook, climaxes in the interlude following the second verse with distorted guitars. The drum-break after the climax releases the tension just as the piano crescendo leads back into the chorus melody for a hard hitting close.
