Story Behind The Song
This song was inspired by the feeling of being lost in one's own world and the need to get away to something greater in life. The idea for "Union Station" was due to nostalgic memories of when I was young going there around christmas time with my family and relatives and what I remembered about it.

Lyrics
There?s a place where a man can go
To go somewhere, a destination unknown
It?s in the city, it?ll take you where need to go
It?s called Union Station, its tracks are made of gold
You walk through it, its lights are shining bright
And it won?t hurt your eyes as you see it in the dead of night
It?s hope just lays in front of you, it?s somethin? that you never see
I?ve sat and watched a strong man die, but his heart was still beating
The one thing that could cure was the air inside its walls
This Union Station can save a man from his downfall
There?s a man there sittin? collectin? change
The songs he sings make him dream of a greater fame
It gives him hope that people will look through him
?Cause at Union Station, the folks only look within
You walk through it, you?d think they know your name
?Cause everyone?ll treat you kind, treat you as the same
Your plight won?t matter here, it?s somethin? that you really need
Even at the lowest level, people still look to see
The face we all share, looking runaway through these walls
This Union Station can save a man from his downfall
Everyone enters through those doors, Hopin? for somethin? new
Hop on a train when you find yourself, Tryin? to find you
Maybe you?ll find it, maybe you won?t
But this Union Station, I know, can bring you all your hope
There?s a place where a man can go
To go to a place, the far away unknown
It?s in the city, it?ll take you where you need to go
It?s called Union Station, all tracks lead to home
