With some work this could be a good song. Great timbers in your voice in the lower register.
I like the way you've got the recording volume at a reasonable level, with plenty of headroom left. This makes it easier in the mix.

I think this song has some good musical qualities,but needs a better musical arrangement. The singer has good vocal qualities. He has an attractive vocal tone .

Staying power has a good message. I think it is a song in progress as singer filled in a few spots about two and a half minutes into the song with some scat. However it may have been intentional.

Heartfelt Break Up Song. A good break up song should make you feel sorry for the one who wrote it, and this song did exactly that. "I've been replaced." Good, original way of putting that. "Staying Power" is a good lyric.
