Story Behind The Song
I saw a young woman drinking alone at an airport bar. She looked perfectly contend. I began to wonder who she was, where she was going, if she was happy. I began to build a character and story around that scene. It later became this song.
Song Description
It's really a snapshot view of a woman drinking alone at an airport bar. Where's she going? Maybe nowhere- maybe she's happy being between destinations.

Lyrics
She sat down threw her jacket on a chair
Between the noise of people going everywhere
She said, ?If I can?t live?if I can?t live, then what the hell?
?I?ve got no ties to you or to anyone else?
(chorus)
She?s living it up at the airport lounge
Drinking it up for the lost and found
In between two places is her favorite place
She doesn?t have to conjure names to fit the face
She said, ?Destinations are overrated anyway?
?If you try you can see I am right where I need to be every day?
(chorus)
She?s living it up at the airport lounge
Drinking it up for the lost and found
You might tell her she?s living in the middle of nowhere
She might tell you, she might tell you she don?t even care
She don?t even care, she don?t even care about it, no
She don?t even care
Do do do do do do do do do do do do do do
Do do do do do do do do do do do do do do
(chorus)
She?s living it up at the airport lounge
Drinking it up for the lost and found
