Story Behind The Song
On "Sugar Cloud" I returned to my electronic roots. Where I used to manipulate sound on real audio tape, I now do this on ProTools while still using an array of analog and digital synthesizers, plus real instruments like guitar and human (mine) voice.
Song Description
This piece is an electronic music work designed to give the feeling of the overwhelming strength and silence of outer space. The title "Sugar Cloud" refers to the (actual) sugar cloud discovered 'floating across' the Milky Way, our own galaxy. The particles found in this sugar cloud evidently contain all the elements necessary for the creation of life (waiting for the God spark?). This is the same 'sugar cloud' that I refer to in my song "Darkness and Light" - and both songs appear on our new album, "Stop Go Romeo" by Wilfred N & the Grown Men on the Zonik Records label.
