The story behind this song is that I was in a relationship with someone and there was a fallout between us and although I knew was wrong in the situation I chose to walk away from them and didn't bother to look back and they ended up moving on to someone else. No matter what I did to get them back, no matter how hard I prayed that they would come back to me, they never did and I couldn't do nothing but regret my decision of letting them go so easily.
