Story Behind The Song

I wrote "Maybe Freedom's Big Enough" from a place of wondering when freedom became something we had to agree on before we could share it. We live in a time when people are often divided by politics, beliefs, backgrounds, and the labels we give one another, and I wanted to write about those divisions without choosing another side to fight from. It asks a simple question: What if freedom is big enough for all of us? Big enough for disagreement. Big enough for different beliefs and different ways of living. Big enough to let someone else belong without feeling like their freedom threatens our own. I didn't write this song to preach or provide an answer. I wrote it because I believe we have more in common than the things that separate us. At its heart, it's about choosing humanity over division and remembering that freedom means the most when we're willing to extend it beyond ourselves.
