Man comes to feel what it was like for lover to sit home waiting and wondering when he would come home, feeling frustration, loneliness, and abuse, until she finally leaves him for good, as he realizes now how she must have felt now that he's recovering, but not forgiven.
I wrote this song just after getting out of therapy, and although all of it does not apply (I am still happily married, more than ever) all of it could have
