sam watson jr.,aka(sam spade)presently grooves in green bay wi.raised in orlando fla his musical influences include george duke, earth wind fire ,herbie hancock ,stanley clark norman connors to name a few.spade, started playing drums around 17,over the years paying the dues on the circuit.along the way opening up for pop acts dr. hook, michael johnson.hanging out in greenbay wi taking a break for a few years i decided to take a stab at song writing as a side project from my normal gig(kick -azz) reggae band new foundflavor . i try to stay busy to keep the musical fire burning.
