artist comments: Hello Diana, Thank you for your candid comments and professional guidance. I am 63 years old. I was a big fan of the Eagles and of Don Henley when they were brand new, not classic. (I saw them in concert with Fleetwood Mac and Boz Skaggs) I am quite familiar with the "Boys of Summer". That's a very good example to share with me. I have had other Broadjam reviews tell me the same thing as you did about the "she and me" line. Yes it's an easy rhyme. But "her and me" which is grammatically correct, does not sound so pleasant or smooth to my ear. I always claim poetic license for that. (Neil Diamond's "songs she sung me, songs she brung me" for example.) Anyway, thanks again for your time and expert opinions. ~Phil Bouldry

artist comments: Thank you Diana for your very informative review of my instrumental Broken Flowers. I have not been successful yet in getting this song placed but I'm not giving up. Your review has given me renewed energy with trying to get this song heard with music supervisors. I also liked the vocal idea you mention and Garry Moore is my all time favorite blues player. Thanks again. Howard

artist comments: Hi Ms Williamson, thank you so much for your helpful review, as you absolutely hit the nail right on the head, for why I sent this one in so early. And you have also recognized this early, the dilemma I'm having with the vagueness. Are we aloud to communicate more in order to clarify things in certain areas or do I just pay for another review or how does this work as far as communication goes? :-)
