Doug Diamond / Diamondigital Media is pitching select artists to network
editors working on their 2022 NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs and Stanley Cup
Finals broadcast highlights, teasers, bumps, intro and outro reels. Music
selected may be used during the nightly game recaps, on network specific
highlight reels, pre/post game bumps, athlete teasers, intro and outro
clips, various network game trailers, stats, news, update segments and
various placements across participating NHL outlets. These placements air
on National TV which may include NBC, NBCSN, CNBC, USA, NHL Network and
dedicated online NHL sites in the US and Canada. Re-airs overseas may
occur depending on affiliate outlets, airing and syndication rights.
CURRENTLY ACCEPTING SUBMISSIONS:
Tentative game schedule - Stanley Cup Playoffs commence on May 2, 2022.
GENRES ACCEPTED:
High-energy inspirational/motivational "hype" and "pump up" music. Rock,
Hard Rock, Metal, Alternative, Urban Beats, Hip-Hop/Rap, Pop, EDM/Dance,
Industrial, up-tempo instrumentals, dramatic orchestral, Top-40-style
tracks, Pop, and all applicable cross-genres that support the energy and
style of high-action, up-tempo edits.
Submission Criteria
SUBMISSION CRITERIA:
-Tracks must be well-produced, professional, and ready for inclusion in
television programming.
-Tracks must be appropriate for the content that it will be supporting.
-Artists must own all copyrights. No uncleared samples, covers, or
re-titled tracks.
COMPENSATION:
If selected, you are guaranteed to maintain all of your rights and will
earn royalties from your P.R.O. (Performance Rights Organization) as seen
on your quarterly statements. Sync fees may or may not be paid to the
artist, on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the producer and
depending the usage of the song and the networks available budget. These
songs will be exposed to millions of viewers across the nation and
on-screen chyron credit will be given, as well as artist web links (where
applicable, as determined by the segment editor at the network).
SUBMISSION PROCESS:
Songs submitted will all be reviewed thoroughly by Doug Diamond /
Diamondigital Media. All tracks that match the submission criteria will
then be passed along to the television network producers for consideration
into their broadcasts. If selected by the producers, Doug Diamond /
Diamondigital Media will then provide the usage agreements and contract
information from the network's legal/clearance department directly to the
artist to complete the process. Sync fees will be presented and agreed
upon by the artist and Doug Diamond / Diamondigital Media before usage
(approved via written instrument).

submission fee listed below.
