Doug Diamond / Diamondigital Media is pitching top quality independent
tracks across all genres to the Fox Sports clearance library division for
their current programming. These broadcasts include, but are not limited
to sporting events, television shows, as well as online sports outlets,
affiliate sites and mobile platforms.
Historically, Fox Sports music selections have been high-energy, up-tempo
tracks that serve the action and emotion of sports energy and sports
culture. All usage agreements are non-exclusive, limited term clearances
(approx. 6-12 months) with an option for the artist to renew or remove
tracks from producer's database at will.
Music placements will earn performance royalties for U.S. and
international usage along with chyron credits when applicable. Approved
music will be accessible to all producers/editors and used during sports
broadcasts, highlight reels, bumps, intro and outro clips, trailers, and
myriad placements across Fox Sports outlets. Music may also be approved
for paid sync placements on a case-by-case basis (sync placement payouts
and terms will be mutually agreed upon with the artist prior to usage).
Segments will air on local, national and international TV, network sites
and affiliate stations.
GENRES ACCEPTED:
Rock, Hard Rock, Metal, Alternative, Indie, Pop, Singer/Songwriter,
Acoustic, Country, Industrial, Hip-Hop, Rap, R&B, Jazz, Soul, Modern Funk,
EDM, Dubstep, House, Orchestral, Instrumental, and all applicable
sub-genres and cross-genres.
Submission Criteria
SUBMISSION CRITERIA:
-Tracks must be well-produced, professional, and ready for inclusion in television programming.
-Tracks must be appropriate for the content that it will be supporting.
-Artists must own all copyrights. No uncleared samples, covers, or re-titled tracks.
COMPENSATION:
If selected, you are guaranteed to maintain all of your rights and will
earn royalties from your P.R.O. (Performance Rights Organization) as seen
on your quarterly statements. Sync fees may or may not be paid to the
artist, on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the producer and
depending the usage of the song and the networks available budget. These
songs will be exposed to millions of viewers across the nation and
on-screen chyron credit will be given, as well as artist web links (where
applicable, as determined by the segment editor at the network).
SUBMISSION PROCESS:
Songs submitted will all be reviewed thoroughly by Doug Diamond /
Diamondigital Media. All tracks that match the submission criteria will
then be passed along to producers and for consideration into their
broadcasts. If selected by the producers, Doug Diamond / Diamondigital
Media will then provide the usage agreements and contract information from
the network's legal/clearance department directly to the artist to
complete the process. Sync fees will be presented and agreed upon by the
artist and Doug Diamond / Diamondigital Media before usage (approved via
written instrument).
There are no additional fees once an artist is selected, only the
submission fee listed below.
