Doug Diamond / Diamondigital Media is pitching tracks for inclusion in
International public performance playlists in popular retailers across
Western Europe. Music selected for rotation will be played in over 5,000
retail outlets who aim to reach "active lifestyle" shoppers. Sound
designers are specifically seeking up-tempo, energetic, up-beat music to
place into rotation in their retail venues. Internationally known retail
chains seek continuity, playlists are all updated and refreshed on a
weekly basis. Independent music will be added into rotation and accessible
via a catalogue of approved tracks. Approved tracks will be paired with
similar sounding major label artists and placed into rotation.
Sound designers typically look to traditional publishers and promoters for
new music. Doug Diamond / Diamondigital Media is offering the same
relationship and opportunity to unrepresented, undiscovered artists as a
way to be heard across the same retail venues without being signed to a
label or publisher.
GENRES ACCEPTED:
All up-tempo, contemporary tracks applicable for radio rotation. New and
old releases are welcome.
Submission Criteria
SUBMISSION CRITERIA:
- Tracks must be well-produced, professional, and ready for public
performance.
- Tracks must be appropriate for the application it will be supporting.
- Artists must own all copyrights - No uncleared samples.
COMPENSATION:
P.R.O. (Performing Rights Organization) as well as all International
online collection agencies C.M.O's (i.e: SoundExchange, PPL UK, etc).
Neither Doug Diamond / Diamondigital Media nor the network are responsible
for royalty reporting. Each venue/corporation utilizing music publicly is
responsible for their compliance with collection society rules and
regulations. International artists are covered by reciprocating overseas
entities.
SUBMISSION PROCESS:
Songs submitted will all be reviewed thoroughly by Doug Diamond /
Diamondigital Media. All tracks that match the submission criteria will
then be passed along to station programmers/sound designers for
consideration into their playlists. All artist contact information will be
submitted along with their streaming link. If selected by sound designers
and/or library managers, you will be reached directly from the network or
they will ask staff to present artist usage agreements with further
instructions. Artists will be compensated directly from the venues based
on rotation/usage and via all collection societies with whom they are
involved (US and International).
Artist and/or label and publisher retain all ownership and receive
compensation directly via performance rights societies. Doug Diamond /
Diamondigital Media does not meddle in contracts or financial
transactions. If selected, your contact information and metadata will be
passed along to the deciding parties.
*There are no additional fees once an artist is selected, only the
submission fee listed below.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
-A SoundCloud, Spotify, or any streaming link of your song (for producers to review for consideration). No file-delivery or FTP links.
-WAV file and metadata (once selected for broadcast).
