Music Dragon has been rockin clubs, VFW Benefit Shows, Bike runs and private parties since 2000! Formed in 1998 under the name Soul Purpose and Gallows Hill just to discover both names had been taken lead to the trade-marking of Music Dragon. Current members consisting of: heart pounding bassist and vocalist Lou DeSouza, Paul DeSouza & Bob Massey fly on the wings of a different tune; playing the sweet fiery hot leads and ripping slide guitar. The timing, rhythm and breath of the Dragon emulate from Donnie Smith. These elements together conjure up sounds that will have you singing, dancing and head bangin! We have been able to capture that magic of playing all your favorite songs and have you singing our originals. “Sad Dirty Night” was the top 10 finalist out of thousands of entries for Tonos Records in 2002 and Semifinalist for the September 2002 A&R drop box for MCA Records.
