Breakbeat artist, producer, dj and event promoter.

About me

I tend to believe I've become a comprehensive talent in the electronic music industry. I've been spinning wax since 1995, producing and remixing records since 2000, and organizing and promoting EDM events since 2003. I've had the pleasure of headlining along side with or personally booking incredible talents such as Cirrus, Magic Mike, Sharaz, Fixx, Hydraulix, R-Fresh, DJ X, Baby Anne, Tony Faline, DJ Sandy, and many, many more talented DJs, producers and promoters. To encompass my achievements of my multifaceted career, I've been signed and commissioned to allow the release of nine 12" records entailing eleven original songs and five remixes and a 19 track all original CD.

I founded my love for breaks and house in the early 90s. With earlier influences like Magic Mike, DJ Icey and Huda Hudia, I fell into the realm of Miami bass and old school, funky breakbeats. In 1994, I financed my 1st set of belt-driven turntables. Having no idea the importance of needing to upgrade to Technic 1200s, I struggled for a year as a bedroom DJ. I practiced every single day after school and work. My first break came when a popular radio station held a DJ contest on their Saturday night show. I submitted my belt-driven demo and did not receive a call back!

Then, while devotedly listening to the Saturday night show, the DJ announced that he would feature any DJ that could call immediately that night. I called, walked in and played a slew of Icey records for approximately 50,000 listeners live on the air. Even though there was no monitor and the DJ set up was less than par, I ended up not only returning to the mix show, but winning the contest (I had a lot of friends call in to vote!). For some odd reason, gigs poured in over the five years allowing me to play in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, Philly, Arizona, Japan and Korea.

In the year 2000, I bought a couple of music production software programs to include Techno e-jay and Sonic Foundry's Acid 2.0. To me, making music was much easier than mixing it. Within six months my potential was noticed and groomed by the well-established DJ X of Xquizit Records and the Eastern Breakz Movement. Ever since, I've worked on labels such as Huda Hudia's successful label Kaleidoscope Music, Madame Mercury and DJ Whatt's EMUOR label, and currently DJ Warchild's Needlegruv imprint. I've remixed and worked with artist like 2 Bad Mice, Jim Hopkins, Nick Skitz and Britney Spears (Jive authorized remix of "Toxic" released on the Promo Only series).

Lastly, I'm the majority stock holder of a very successful electronic music-based chat board named NoHatersBBS.com. Co-founded with Afterdark Record's DJ J-Break, I've thrown a few DJ massive events for and with member of the board. NoHatersBBS has grown exponentially of the years and is recognized as one of the more respected breaks-based message boards on the web today. Anyhow, thanks for taking the time to read a little history about me. I'm merely getting started in this roller coaster of an industry and I plan to release more records, more CDs, and promote and organize bigger and better events in the near future.
