Born in Brooklyn, Michael grew attracted to the arts at an early age.In the 5th grade he was being trained to be a trumpet player.At12 his family moved to New Jersey and Michael grew board with school bands.In the seventh grade, he transferred to the highschool band to be around more mature musicians.Unfortunately this did not keep his interest alive.Michael gave up music and focused on the visual arts.By the end of high school he excelled in and painting and was awarded a scholarship to the University of the Arts.Here he found musicians which once again appealed to him.He learned to play the guitar, keyboard and performed in a number of bands.This also grew stale, so he decided to learn the art of recording.This gave him the freedom to compose his own songs without relying on other musicians.This culminated to the opening of his project studio BANDwidth Studios.Currently, Michael is writing orchestral pieces for film and TV and hopes to be picked up by a publisher for placement.
