www.letsenglish.org. Powered by the songs and unique voice of David D’Alessio, Let’s English started as a singer/songwriter bedroom-knockoff. In 2003, D'Alessio released his collection of songs "Friendly Fire" to positive local press and soon found himself with a band that wanted to participate in one thing: great songwriting. Let's English is now a rock/pop quartet with local music vetrans Collin Scott on lead guitar (Supersuckers), Michelle Kushner on bass and vocals (Nowhere Man), and Tommy Prichett (dogonfire) on drums. The band has become known quickly for it's stunning live performances and unique sound. Playing in both Phoenix and Tucson, Let's English is developing a regional following while recording a new record to be release later in 2004. The band is currently looking for management and indie label support like Kill Rock Stars. KXCI put Let's English next to other Tucson big names like Calexico and Chango Malo on it's top 10 local list for 2003.
