5R is the ongoing music project of John Aspri from Massachusetts. He has been playing in various bands since 1989 and About 5 years ago started to learn to record his own music. John Collaborates frequently with fellow musicians in the Boston and Minneapolis areas. He's not looking to make it big...He's just looking to share his music with the greater population.

John says of the music they make "It's kind of good, I actually enjoy listening to it even after hundreds of takes... That says a lot..."

Running completely out of the studio, John would like someday to put together a band and play live. Until then he will keep recording...
