James Parker is a 25 year old singer/songwriter originally from Bristol, now residing in Bournemouth. He has been working on this material for about 2 years, on his own, and in collaberation with other artists and producers. James plays acoustic and electric guitar with a 4 piece band, comprising drums, bass and 2 guitars. As regards style the music is soul, soft rock and pop, with a hint of country. James is influenced artists such as Lenny Kravitz, Jimmy Hendrix, John Mayer and Sting. James has extensive studio experience and has recently recorded 10 tracks, 3 of which are featured on the demo CD. 6 of the tracks are featured on the EP "When you decide".

James has sold a major amount of CDs on the internet and at gigs. James is currently gigging in and around the Dorset and Bristol area, with a large following, and is looking to extend his fanbase. James was featured in August's edition of Livewire, and has been getting extensive airplay on 2CRFM and Star FM in the UK.
