Ian Harris is a singer/songwriter who lives in Pasadena, California. He began writing and performing music with local Southern California punk bands in his teens. Eventually, Ian moved to New York City, where he spent his time playing in East Village dive bars and exploring the world surrounding his Alphabet City tenement building. His experiences there, along with his ever-expanding collection of musical influences, helped to cultivate his imagery-laced songwriting style. Ian's lyrics recall the everyday happenings that make up a history - of a person, his place and time.
