This is the debut self-titled album length release by Adelaide-based outfit “Found Objects”. Found Objects is the brainchild of Chris Lambert and Steve Fieldhouse.
Steve Fieldhouse is a well-respected Australian Music Producer and studio based Audio Engineer. You can find his name on over 100 CD’s thus far. Steve’s career within the music industry began as a diverse live performer and recording artist before moving into Sound Production. Through his Production Company “EarSight”, Steve has enjoyed working with a wide range of successful artists spanning almost every imaginable musical genre. He also regularly lectures in Sound and Music Production.
On this release, Steve is credited with providing Electric, Slide and E Bow Guitars, Feedback, Loops, Samples, Keyboards, Programming and Soundscapes.
Along with Chris Lambert, Steve Fieldhouse also Composed, Engineered and Produced the 12 tracks on this release.
Chris Lambert is a highly regarded Adelaide-based Musician perhaps best known for his previous 7-year stint as the Front Man, Bassist and Principle Songwriter for Heavy Funksters, “Capital F”. Chris has also performed or collaborated with many musical outfits including Hilltop Hoods, Chimera 9, SNAFU, Crisp, Helga, Newaural Net, Bliss, Goofy Footer, Loaded Zilla, DJ Debris and The Fuglemen. He also lectures in Sound Production and Multimedia for the SAE Institute in Adelaide.
On this release, Chris contributes Electric and Upright Bass, Percussion, Turntables, Keyboards, Vocals, Loops, Samples, Programming, Found Objects, Noise, Multimedia Content and Art Work.
Legendary Adelaide based drummers Dave Hopgood and Dean Edwards also contribute inspiring live drum performances to this release.
