Chanell J. Wilson

Chanell J. Wilson has been performing since she was three years old and writing songs and poetry since she was thirteen. Now at twenty-six years of age, Chanell has established herself as a singer/songwriter. Her music is heart-felt, warm, and thought provoking having the strength and power to inspire many. It is also eclectic, pulling from her wide range and taste of various musical genres such as Soul, gospel, funk, punk rock, and hip hop. Currently, Chanell is working on two projects; building Duck Pond Records at Diablo Valley College's Music Industry Program and recording songs to her debut album, entitled 'Songs from My Soul' which is slated for an independent release in March 2007.
