I have been playing guitar for about a year and a half now and have been writing my own music since last December (2002). My inspirations include Michelle Branch, Dashboard Confessional, John Mayer, The Beatles and many more. Some have compared my voice to Norah Jones or Sarah McLachlin. I would describe my music as emotional (dashboard confessional) pop (michelle branch/the beatles) that has a tendency to be a little jazzy (john mayer).
In March I played a show at my high school in Moon Township, PA that kicked off my small career. I was asked to play a show at a local coffee house (Moon Flight Coffee House, now closed) with a few other local acoustic acts including Afferent Cue, and Random But Right (Lindsey Carfagna). I then began playing shows there monthly till it unfortunately closed in October of 2003. Since then I have played a few shows including one in Indiana, PA at the Commonplace coffee house with other local acoustic act Michael Vincent.
