Unhappy with his lot in other bands, guitarist Scott Reese (formerly of Black Snake Moan) decided to form the metal band he always wanted to be in but never did find. A chance meeting at a bar brought fellow metalhead and accomplished bassist Aaron Erickson into the fold and songs soon began to emerge. Shortly thereafter, Aaron invited Clinton Maney (whom he worked with previously in Harness) to join the band and lend his unique playing style to the project . Bloodlocke was officially formed in July 2005. Just recently Drummer Sean Moore joined the project and now we are working on our live set as well as recording a demo.
