I'm a songwriter and guitarist who loves music. I've been playing guitar since the age
of nine. Born and raised in Kinsville,Texas to a musical family. I have two brothers and one sister. I'm the youngest in tthe family and I learned music by listening to my older siblings singing and playing music. We had an old piano and an old guitar that we all played. I started to play professionally in the early 1970's and still do so today. I've played as a solo act as well having been a member of many bands through the years. I've played mostly in the Southern and Western U.S and Alaska.
I play a wide variety of music. Most of what I compose is Latin music. I'm one of the featured performers at the Kerrville Arts and Crafts Fair in Kerrville this year. I play just about anywhere that people gather for good wholesome entertainment. I'm a member of ASCAP and other organizations that promote live musical entertainment.

Bio

I've been a musician all my life. My earliest memories are
photos taken of me at the age of four holding a toy plastic guitar and pretending to be performing to a big audience.
I come from a musical family. My father and my brothers
and sister all sang and played a musical instrument. I started playing professionalloy at the age of eighteen when I was hired to entertain the local patrons at a Holiday Inn lounge back in 1970. I've spent my life singing and playing in hotels, clubs, and restaurants since then. I'm
a versatile performer and sing many different kinds of music including latin, country, pop, oldies, and even classical. I play classical guitar for relaxation and because it opens up the mind and helps me compose original material. I first started to compose music about 1990. It was an extension of all the years of playing music and came as a direct result of my musical experience. I have about sixty songs all together, about half of them are musical sound tracks which range from Piano Themes, easy listening soft music, etc. The other half are mostly Spanish love songs witha few country tunes that I've recently written. I am beginning to take my writing more seriously and plan to start builing up my compositional
undertakings this year. I'd like to have some of my songs in movies. I have spy theme's , adventure, dangerous theme's etc. I have a small home studio and will continue recording
my songs.
