SPIHUNT Bio

Tim Spivey and Steve Hunter are SPIHUNT. They were both born into singing households and raised on four part gospel music. Their mutual friendship and love for music naturally led them to begin writing songs together. They received early tutelage from a rock music industry pioneer. After producing several fascinating tracks, and recording them in an historic Burbank, California studio, they decided to set off on their own in order to develop what has become the unique SPIHUNT style. A recording studio was constructed and countless hours were devoted to carving out haunting melodies and surrounding them with SPIHUNT's unique heavenly harmonies. Gifted Southern California musicians were brought in to fill out the tracks.
Tim and Steve write all of the songs, arrange all of the music, and produce all of the tracks. They even created their own label, Agape Records, so that no one could mess with their artistry. They have total control of their own music and that's the way they like it. And, that's the way you are going to like it too. Their beautiful music is just getting started. Please enjoy.
