Santorio Sanctorius was created in 1999 by Steve Sick of the well known darkwave act Kommunion in San Francisco,CA.After Kommunion took a the fall ,he immedietly began diving head first in programming and hardcore micro editing sound of braindance,DSP, glitch.This entity was called Firewalker and was sold on MP3.COM which is on hold.Utilizing an Akai MPC-2000, a number analog synths like the Roland System 100 semi-modular,SQI Pro One, a rare custom Moog, Yamaha CS-15, and various analog drum machines including Roland TR-606,TR-909,TR-808,ect.,he has created some very interesting and engaging electronic music.More experimental than dance but defiantly dancable his music crosses genres and is a delight to the senses. the madman returns with this refreshing new look at electronic music.SANTORIO SANCTORIUS!
