“Purelight” is the artists Sean Trowbridge and Dan Bowen

We are artists who seek to create music that is distinctive, creative and bold! “Purelight” music is an expression of ourselves, born from the love, joy, and pain of our lives and the lives of those who have touched our own. It is our belief, mingled with hope, that this music will touch, reach, and impact the lives of those who hear it.

Everyone goes through a lot living in this world. This world can be beautiful and terrible at the same time. “Purelight” music is about living in this world and maybe just a little beyond. Some of this music is fun, some full of joy, while other songs are drenched with grief, loneliness and pain… but all of it is born from the elements and emotions that everyone experiences living day to day in this crazy world of ours. It is our hope that while listening to our music you will sense something that you have perhaps gone through as well.

“Purelight” is the name we have chosen to name the moment when our everyday experiences collide with something more, something beyond us. These moments leave us changed forever.

It was not easy for us to make the decision to promote and sell the music that we have created. This music is intensely personal. We have sometimes said to those around us that if you want to know where we have been, and who we are, then you need to listen to our music. You will get to know us far more intimately through the art we have created than by mere simple words. We are sharing our soul with you in the hope that it will touch yours!

We as artists have put a lot on the line. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars to educate, and equip ourselves with the knowledge and studio equipment to further our craft. It has not been cheap or easy. It is been through blood, sweat, and tears that our first project “Bittersweet Dream” has been created. It took over six months of work to record and more than 5 years to write from start to finish. It represents our heart and soul.

And now we ask that you would join with us! Become part of the “Purelight” experience! Help give us the means and the heart to further the creation of music that maybe, just maybe, could help better our world! It is a grand dream we know, but it is one that cannot take flight without others to help us in our cause.

With the resources generated from your generosity we will be able to further pursue the betterment of our craft and the means to create it. We are not the sort of artists who will buy fancy cars or fun toys, but rather we use the money we make to reinvest into our craft.

We can promote ourselves to kingdom come, but the reality is that you telling a friend is a hundred times more powerful than the best crafted web page or the most convincing ad. You have great power to aid in the creation of the “Purelight” experience for others.
