Michael Brownstein is a one man wrecking crew..after being in a few award winning bands in Arizona, he took off to Hollywood in the late 80s to cut his teeth on the infamous Sunset Strip bars such as The Rainbow, The Roxy, Gazzarris, and The Whiskey (1984-1988) when he returned to Arizona to put together a career in studio work. bands he was in in LA were Fireworx, Sideshow, and Grooveyard..after a short time playing in studios for other groups, mike took a ten year hiatus and moved out to Minnesota to reconnect with his spirit..music had changed in that time and Mike did not want to compromise his love for hard classic rock...being influenced by bands such as Aerosmith, ACDC, and Guns and Roses, he continued to work on demos until classic rock came back around, and Mike is poised to launch an assault of balls out classic rock to a new generation of fans.....Mike is ready to be that new "thing" that is basically that old mike....

although not a band, Michael Brownstein is a one man wrecking crew..after being in a few award winning bands in Arizona, he took off to Hollywood in the late 80s to cut his teeth on the infamous Sunset Strip bars such as The Rainbow, The Roxy, Gazzarris, and The Whiskey..as the founder of the band Fireworx, Mike fell one call short of being signed to Pyramid Records..just as Fireworx was to put pen to paper, the record company changed hands and dropped all the rock groups on their roster..not one to give up , mike continued to play successfully (that means getting paid in LA) till 1988 when he returned to Arizona to put together a career in studio work.Other bands he was in in LA were Sideshow, Stone Groove and Grooveyard..after a short time playing in studios for other groups, mike took a ten year hiatus to get out of the big city dissappointments and moved out to Minnesota to reconnect with his spirit..music had changed in that time and Mike did not want to compromise his love for hard classic rock...being influenced by bands such as Aerosmith, ACDC, and Guns and Roses, he continued to work on demos and a long term goal to be reached when rock started coming around full circle as it always does..that time is now, and Mike is poised to launch an assault of balls out classic rock to a new generation of fans..Mike is not a band, but he has access to some of the best rockers around who are ready to roll at a moments notice...there is a wind of change that is blowin in an old way comin...the kids are smellin it and lovin it...and Mike is ready to be that new "thing" that is basically that old mike....
