Born in working class northern England, ‘Man From England’ spent his adolescent years developing his song writing, and vocals talents. He fronted a couple of bands and had numerous A&R wannabes saying you very are close to what we want, but it just needs a little more work.
Late-nineties success in the nationally televised Panasonic Soundblast Awards, as judged by Sir Bob Geldof, and various UK music visionaries gave huge hope for that elusive major label record deal. However, the dance music scene soon began to flood the British music charts, and playing in local clubs did not bring in the much needed revenue to sustain the ‘I’m trying to become a rock star life’.
A career, a family, maturity and most dramatically a new life on an entirely different continent are what now exist for ‘Man From England’. He has once again picked up his guitar and is writing, singing and recording his own compositions.

An education and the creation of more earning potential had to become the call of business, and separation from his music creating buddies was inevitable. Now it was time for ‘Man From England’ to be out on his own.

A predictable response of “It was that Man From England” usually occurs.
