Lee began studying music at age 5 and was composing his own music by age 10, winning multiple composition awards from local arts groups.
In 1994, Lee graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a B.A. in Music. While at UTA, Lee studied composition, trombone, and piano.
In addition to piano music, Lee has written music for concert band, orchestra, and various other ensembles. Many concert bands, soloists, and music enthusiasts have commissioned Lee to create musical compositions for concerts, recitals and special occasions.
Currently, Lee is a freelance pianist and composer in the Dallas, Texas area. He was the winner of the 1998 Birdville Composition Contest, and as of 2004, Lee’s concert band piece Maranatha is on the Texas U.I.L. prescribed music list for concert bands.
Lee released his first piano solo CD entitled elegance in May of 2004.

Bio
From an early age, Lee has been an accomplished composer and musician with a flair of his very own. Lee began studying music at the age of 5 and was composing his own music by the age of 10, winning multiple composition awards from local arts groups. Lee’s musical accomplishments in high school include making the Texas All-State Band on two instruments (euphonium and trombone) and winning numerous music scholarships.
In 1994, Lee graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) with a B.A. in Music Media. While at UTA, Lee studied composition, trombone, and piano.
