Music and Movies

I am an LA-based film composer with two passions: music and movies. I am extremely passionate about the music I create and about writing music for film. I'm a Sundance Composers Lab Fellow and a classically trained pianist with a master of music in theory and composition.

Since moving to LA, I have worked and studied with film composer Christopher Young. I have composed scores for many movies, including award-winning features and short films. You can hear my additional music (source) on Book of Eli. I have also worked as an orchestrator on Priest and When in Rome.

This summer I was a Fellow at the Sundance Composers Lab for feature films. The two-week lab, held at the Sundance Resort in Utah, was led by Peter Golub with leading composers Christopher Young, Harry Gregson-Williams, George S. Clinton, Alan Silvestri, and Ed Shearmur acting as our creative advisors.

In addition to writing music for movies, I am currently collaborating on a project with Australian-born singer/songwriter Fiona Kernaghan.

While my true passion is fantasy films, I frequently create scores for dramas, thrillers and stories with horror elements.
