Dave began his journey in Everett, MA. At nineteen, Dave packed up with his band mates, and headed to L.A. A L.A. record executive heard Dave’s music and liked where his music was going, but thought it had more of a Nashville sound than an L.A. one at that time. A year after being in Nashville, Dave was featured on Channel 5 news as a new up an comer. As a result of the news show, more live performance opportunities were offered to Dave and more doors were opened. Then one day Dave received a phone call from WKLB, a radio station out of Boston, that he was the winner of a contest. They informed Dave that he was one of seven to win a nation wide radio contest and he would be opening for Tim McGraw at the Tweeter Center. He performed in numerous showcases while in Nashville, and was always well received. He has sold over 1800 CD’s of his first EP while traveling the U.S. playing mostly acoustic sets in small clubs, just him and his acoustic Taylor.
