Madison, Wisconsin and hip-hop seem like they go together as well as oil and water. That thought can now be abolished thanks to Landon Jackson, a.k.a Chaos. The 24-year-old phenom's buzz has caught on like wildfire thanks to his excellent street battle tactics and intelligent/witty songs/lyric writing. Although at first it didn't seem as if rap/hip-hop would ever be any path for the young prospect. Chaos tells '' I was on a path that a lot of folks be on, fighting/fucking up in school, out in the streets, going to jail, just doing stupid shit... '' That began to change after aspiring rapper and cousin Terrence ''Mac Man'' Jackson, now C.E.O of Deck Entertainment saw something special in his younger cousin. ''He has this x-factor about him that you can't deny, so I took him aside, had a chat with him, and tried to help him straighten himself out''. If that wasn't enough, at age 19, young Landon was blessed with a son. He adds ''if that wasn't enough, to get your mind right and life in check, then nothing is''. Finishing up 1 current Project ''My Life: The Prequel'', that never got released due to his incarceration in 2006. Left only his street based mix-tape "New Money Vol 1." to be finished after being released from jail in 2007. Also at the time of Chaos being released from jail Deck Entertainment's recording studio was broken into putting a hold on current projects. After finishing house arrest chaos had to turn himself back in for a small period of time again. Forced Mac Man The General to Release a bundle of new and never released songs and DVDs. Working with other Madison area artist while fighting new charges and winning Street rap battles in 2008 New Money Vol. 1 the Mixtape was finally released. After gaining a heavy street buzz, making national moves with other industry bound artist, and the birth of his second son, Chaos released "New Money Vol2: Back to the Future" which became one of the most anticipated and talked about mixtapes in Wisconsin to drop in 2010. "The words 'New Money' dont stand for what you think," Chaos says, "Its a movement! [We] found a way to make NEW money, instead of hustlin on the streets." Now with the rise of the GONE movement in full effect; Chaos aims for tha younger, party crowd, while appealing very much to the street/hip-hop crowd. The street buzz and serge of Crazy, rowdy, energetic show performances has created a name for Chaos that only HE can live up to. The streets won't have much time to prepare before the actual Chaos begins. #GONE
