Wisconsin native singer/songwriter Brent Kirby has been writing and performing since the early 90’s. He has lived and played with various line-ups in Wisconsin, St. Louis, Nashville, Chicago, and his current residence of Cleveland, Ohio. The influence and electricity of a big city permeate his music while his lyrics paint pictures of small towns, and the beauty and heartbreak that lies on the road in between. With his band, Brent surrounds himself with a fireworks display of raw guitars, bass and explosive drums delivered with genuine emotion and pride. As a solo act, Brent captivates with pin drop moments, and entices his audience to sing along. Fueled by an arsenal of songs in the spirit of Bruce Springsteen, Gram Parsons, Bob Dylan, to the more recent Wilco and Ryan Adams, Brent delivers a charismatic performance whether solo acoustic or with his full band.
