Bellywood Productions is founded by Samraa Sharise - a zealous world traveler.
She fell in love with the art of belly dance and has been performing for the past 10 years at various affluent venues and restaurants in the Orlando, Florida area and abroad. Some venues include: Cedar’s Restaurant and Ali Baba’s in Orlando. She also performed at Al Baraka (renown Mahattan restaurant featured in the NY Times).
Abroad she had the pleasure to perform in Italy at the Galleria Meravigli in Milan and The Cuba in Palermo, Sicily.
She currently collaborates with Babylon Breeze Productions. With them she participated in the “11th Annual Customer Appreciation Event held at the Crowne Plaza in Orlando, Florida. She also received a plaque for the “People’s Choice” in the Sultanate al Raks Sharki Competition 2005.
Samraa Sharise performed a spectacular exhibition at the Festival on the Nile and for General Electric at the Marriot World Center. She also enchanted her audience at the Ritz Carlton organized by Peyton & Day Entertainment of Orlando, Florida.
She had the pleasure of performing at the Orlando Music Discount Center for their “Pure Love for Animals” charity event and after all that she still finds time to do private parties!
Samraa Sharise has become very passionate for the art of belly dance and mixes a lot of fun and excitement to her performances. She hopes that you will enjoy her performance as much as she enjoys performing.
She embraces her dance with essence and charisma. "There are definitely no ego trips". She wants her audience to perceive the transparency of what she is transmitting.
Samraa Sharise invites her audience into her world while keeping them in sync and in tune by sharing it and being a part of it. She hopes and wants everyone to feel and enjoy exactly what she feels and that is: The "Passion" of the "Fun and Excitement". In her own words: "THE LOVE AND ART OF BELLYDANCE".
