Lumpz One!

First and foremost, I would like to thank you for stumbling upon my music. A short introduction to myself: I was born Gabriel Herrera in May of 1985 in Albuquerque NM, and I love my home dearly. I was given the name, "Lumpz One!" by a friend of mine in early high school as a joke (I was a graffiti writer for a very short period of time), and it just stayed ever since. The "!" in my name is a remembrance of a close friend who passed a few years ago. I make Psychedelic Latin Hip Hop music, and I have performed on many different stages throughout the SW for quite some time now.
I was introduced to live performing as a teen (around 15/16). I won a few local battles, performed in clubs/music venues (The laws were a little less strict at the time, you could still smoke in restaurants then), and built a decent local following at a young age. By the time I was old enough to legally be in the same bars I was performing in, I started doing shows in Arizona, and did collaboration songs with artists from Ohio, Detroit, Chicago, New York, and of course New Mexico. I have promoted my own live events, and learned live/studio sound engineering all at the same time.
My mission as a musician is to spread positive vibes, write lyrics that provoke thought, encourage learning, and move my listeners and fans spiritually through great music.
In short, please feel free to contact me for any booking requests, production inquiries (music for movies/commercials, beats for songs, short films, etc), interview requests, and any other questions/comments you may have for me. I will answer all emails as quickly as possible, I am a one man team, so I will need 24 hours to respond to your email. Thank you again, your time is greatly appreciated. Enjoy the music, and have a blessed day/night.
