Bio

Almost Seven is an evolution of music from Tborg studio, a rural Minnesota project studio. A group of musicians recorded and wrote together every Tuesday night for several years. The result is more than 20 CDs of experimental jam tracks that range from spacious, emotional songs to hard edged head bangers. The idea was to move away from the sequenced material of the 80's, and write songs the band could actually play. As the songs developed, the need for a singer became a priority, to give the material a common element to tie it al together. Robyn Roh came to the studio on a Friday night and amazed the group with almost seven new songs, and stayed.
The next goal was to get a great recording and for THAT we found Scott Mathews (Hit or Myth Productions) Mill Valley CA. The outcome is the "Dog on a Leash album. We recorded our second album, "One More Day" in our own backyard at Island Sea Recording (Superior WI) again with Scott Mathews.
The group is brand new, however, Almost Seven has a lot of stage and studio experience, and it shows.
