Adam Beverly Bio

In the summer of ’89 Adam picked up his dad’s guitar with enough drive to really learn. He learned the basics from his dad and they spent many evenings picking and singing church-camp songs. From that time, Adam was hooked. He spent the next many years engulfed in the music of Simon and Garfunkel, John Denver and Jim Croce. Being born in ’75 the music was from before his time, but it spoke to him.

Adam spent the next many years playing in bands and working on his song-writing and finger picking. Along the way he picked up a couple of stamps on his record, and a strong musical foundation that makes him a very well-rounded and knowledgeable musician. They are:

·The Recording Workshop, 1994. Chillicothe, Ohio
·B.A. in Music Education, 1999. Humboldt State University.
·California Teaching Credential (Music), 2000. HSU
