The Raygun Girls is a one man band creating Hard Rock for the Apocalypse, crossing genres with Metal, Goth, Industrial and Punk music. The sound has been compared to Rob Zombie, Killing Joke, Disturbed, and Static-X.

Starting in 2004 with Geoff on lead vocals, the group has circled through many members, with Geoff taking a back seat to concentrate on guitar, and letting female vocalists take the lead. 6 years saw the release of 3 full length albums, a record deal and an East Coast tour.

The live band began to dissolve as family responsibilities took over. The Dirt Collector was released in 2009, as the indie Metal label folded, unable to properly advertise The Dirt Collector's release. In 2009, Geoff also had his third heart surgery. It looked like all was about to end. Geoff tried to resurrect the live band in July of 2010 with what turned out to be the last live performance.

"I stopped hearing the music for a while," says Geoff about the creative drought he experienced from 2009 until 2011. Finding FAWM (February Album Writing Month) rekindled the music in February of 2011, and The Taker was born. Because of Geoff's recent heart surgery, the music was heavier, slower and much dirtier. "I wanted to play fast, but my arm just couldn't do it yet."

The Taker was the first time that Geoff had written all the music on his own without much input, allowing for more of his influences to show through. FAWM also allowed Geoff to connect with other vocalists and musicians around the world. 2013's self titled album, written mostly during 2012's FAWM, was a tighter, more rocking album; tightening the connections with other musicians that were previously forged.

The Raygun Girls album was an ode to the Apocalypse, and it rocked hard. "The political climate at the time was very charged. You had Occupy Wall Street happening, you had the overt legislation of women's rights and bodies, and you had the overt racism towards hispanics on the rise." The album told the story of the occupation of Earth by alien beings who created farms of humans to eat; The Raygun Girls were the underground revolutionary group that would free us all.

The summer of 2014 will see two years worth of music put together with the help of lyricists, vocalists and musicians from around the world - from Sweden to Texas, from Germany to California. "Each year, the music just gets better!"

Throughout 2014 and 2015, The Raygun Girls has released about one single a month with the help of lyricists, vocalists and musicians from around the world - from Sweden to Texas, from Germany to California. "Each year, the music just gets better!"

In June of 2015, a music video for "Haunt Me" was released, to great acclaim. "Haunt Me" is part of the award winning Vampire movie "Katherine" soundtrack, and footage of the movie was used in the music video.
