You will hear. You will see. Her art will flourish. Tabitha Monet is a newly emerging artist voicing her way to the top of the Texas singer/songwriter scene. “I just released the CD ‘Adventures of Me and Me,’ which I wrote, performed, and produced. It’s not seamless, but it’s a good representation of what I sound like live. It's a necessity, having a packaged CD, if you plan to play for crowds." Tabitha plays acoustic shows in Houston, Texas and is part of the city’s MEOW Music Showcases. The artist is featured regularly on KPFT 90.1, Houston listener sponsored radio, and often performs at urban art & flower markets. However, most of her concentration is focused privately on songwriting and learning to create better recordings. A few of her musical influences include Aimee Mann, PJ Harvey and Ani D’Franco. Tabitha is an avid reader and is continually inspired by classic literature, philosophy and poetry. Learn more at http://www.tabrocks.com

It has also greatly increased my fan base. And my audience continues to surprise me – I have female & male listeners but more fanmail comes from the male sector. Listeners’ ages span from late teens to people in their 60s. Geographically speaking, they’re all over the world map." She performs solo acoustic shows in Houston and is featured regularly on KPFT, Houston listener sponsored radio. However, most of her concentration is focused privately on songwriting and learning to create better recordings. “I realized my need to pursue a music career only a few years ago, after answering a classified ad for a backup singer. Soon afterward, I found myself performing with jazz and rock cover bands, touring internationally, and teaching myself keyboard, guitar and violin. I'm happy with the songs now and am crafting some of them into a smart little package with the help of Hank at Magellan Sound Studio."
