(Las Vegas, NV) - International Lyric Award-winner Marvin Ratchford (aka Marvin D) has released the EP Vassar Street and full-length You Heard My Song! now available on CD Baby and Broadjam.com. While the instrumental Vassar Street highlights Marvin D's keyboard skills and electronic ingenuity, You Heard My Song! features the trademark inspirational lyrics that are the cornerstone of his musical career.
While Marvin D has performed on keyboards for over thirty years, his love affair with electronic composition began in the late 80's when he lay eyes on his first Yamaha QY-10. Marvin D ran out and took out an emergency loan to buy the QY-10 that he continues to use today, which has since become his signature instrument.
