Story Behind The Song

The song is inspired by a talented young singer/song-writer I had worked with in the past. Wrote this song in one evening.

Song Description

The main male character was in love with a talented female singer who later had become popular, while "he" had never had a successful career. He makes a living playing guitar in bars and pubs, dreaming of reconnecting with "her" some day. He sings about how "she" inspires him.
