Lyrics
Late last night
cold as ice,
Genies on the run.
Place and time when I suffice
it never was enough.
To be in mind alive in time
revolution kills.
Genie just smiles for all the while the pain can be rebuilt.
Chorus:
I'm not gonna allow myself to get mad.
I will light the fuse and then we watch it go.
I won't be at home when you come around.
I keep my broken limbs on solid ground.
Late last night cold as ice
Genie's on the run.
'cept he's tryin to roll it fast caught up in the mud.
Lookin down on the highway line it was there she saw the blood.
Gone his all till he hit the wall you know it never was enough.
Chorus:
I'm not gonna allow myself to get mad.
I will light the fuse and watch it go.
I won't be at home when you come around.
Keep my broken limbs on solid ground.
