Story Behind The Song
I wrote this song several years ago when the war began in Iraq. September 11th had just occurred and the whole world was in shock. After I composed this song I realized that we should remember all soldiers, not just currently, but all who have served and died for this country. Don't just remember them on the 4th when you are drinking a beer and eating a hot dog, but everyday. Their sacrifice and dedication is what gives us each a new day to look forward to.

Not Only on the Holidays is a timeless message of remembering those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. War is never welcomed well, but this song reminds us of our choices, rights, and that we sometimes have to fight for those rights and loss
